We have extensive knowledge and experience in delivering leadership, management and capacity building training programs in the Australian Public Service, the private sector and the higher education sector.

We offer a holistic solution service to organisations and are up-to-date with the challenges facing today’s leaders. This includes managing a multi-generational workforce; communicating a compelling vision of the organisation to its members; and maturing the business systems of branches and divisions. We work in partnership with our customers to integrate learning and professional excellence into the workplace.

The Centre operates as a consortium of industry specialists throughout Australia who share a philosophy for situated learning and development, ethical practice and personal and professional excellence. Our personnel hold academic qualifications and relevant industry qualifications in their subject matter and most have teaching experience at a tertiary level in their specialist areas.

Philosophy

The Centre operates as a collaborative alliance of consultants who share a methodology for situated learning and development. This means that we focus on what people need to know and be able to do in-situ, most often in their workplace with their real issues as the subject of learning.

We then draw in relevant types of learning as appropriate, creating a powerful, integrated approach to development that complements off-site workshops and seminars. We place a high priority on relationship management with our clients; getting to ‘know their business’ is critical for providing development relevant to their particular situation.
